General terms & conditions

• A credit card is mandatory in order to guaranty your reservation, in case of a late cancellation or no show.

• The credit card will be pre-authorized up to 6 days before the arrival date, for the first night amount.

• The pre-authorization will be used as well as a deposit during your stay, in order to cover any incidentals.

• The pre-authorization will be released after your departure, if no incidentals are noticed.

• Flexible rate, 24 hours

The reservation can be cancelled up to one day before the arrival date.

For exemple, for a reservation with an arrival on the 20th of January, the booking can be cancelled free of charge until January 18th , 11:59PM (local time).

• Flexible rate, 48 hours

The reservation could be cancelled for free until 48 hours before arrival date.

For exemple, for a reservation with an arrival on the 20th of January, the booking can be cancelled free of charge until January 17th , 11:59PM (local time).

• Non-cancellable, non-refundable rate

The total amount of the reservation will be charged. No request of cancellation, refund and / or modification can be accepted.

THERE IS NO REASON TO DEPART FROM THESE RULES (STRIKES, COVID), EXCEPT IN CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE INVOKED BY THE FRENCH GOVERNMENT.

• VAT is included in all of our rates.

• The city tax is not included and must be paid on arrival : 1.88 € per person and per day.

• Buffet breakfast (adult) : 14.00 € per person and per day

• Buffet breakfast (child) : 7.00 € per child and per day

• Bottle of Champagne 75cl : 50.00 €

• Half bottle of Champagne 37.5cl : 25.00 €

• Late check-out : 10.00 €/ hour (2 hours maximum)

• Upgrade : 15.00 € /Day

• Minibar :

• Water 50cl : 3.50 €

• Soda 33cl : 3.50 €

• Lemonade : 3.50 €

• KitKat : 4.00 €

• Rooms are available starting from 3:00 PM on the arrival day.

• They must be released no later than 11:00 AM on the departure day.

• A late check-out is possible, subject to availability and on request, for 10€ extra per hour, for a maximum of 2 hours (maximum check out time : 1:00 PM).

• An extra night might be invoiced in case of failure to comply with check-out times.

Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout our establishment, including in the rooms, in accordance with our internal regulations and the 1991 Evin law (91-32 of 10 January 1991 on the fight against smoking and alcoholism), decree no. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006 and the case law of 29 June 2005 (03-44.412) aimed in particular at protecting non-smokers from passive smoking, and creating an obligation of safety of result for the employer towards his employees in terms of the fight against tobacco use.

In the event of non-compliance, €50 of intensive cleaning costs will be automatically invoiced.

Please note that no tolerance will be granted on this point, with the obvious aim of protecting the health of our staff and our customers. For any guest who persists in smoking in the establishment, the reservation will simply be cancelled and you will be asked to leave the establishment.

Any booking of 5 or more rooms, made in one booking or in several bookings, for the same dates, on behalf of the same client or company, will be considered as a group booking, and will therefore be subject to specific sales and cancellation conditions.

These special booking and cancellation conditions will be based on various criteria, including the total number of rooms and arrival dates.

Reservations for 6 or more rooms must be requested and confirmed by the hotel by email only. Reservation and cancellation conditions will be communicated by the Reception.

Failure to comply with these terms and conditions will result in the cancellation of the relevant reservations without cause.

Any person under 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian aged 18 years or over.

The hotel does not accept any reservation made by and for a minor without being accompanied by a legal representative of 18 years or older. To this end, the hotel reserves the right to ask the guest, upon arrival, for a piece of identification mentioning his/her date of birth. In case of non-compliance, the reservation may be cancelled without reason.
